Welcome to Fresh Eggs Kigali

By using our website and ordering from Fresh Eggs Kigali, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services We Provide

Fresh Eggs Kigali provides:

  • Fresh egg delivery service in select Kigali neighborhoods
  • One-time orders and weekly subscription options
  • Quality-checked eggs sourced from trusted local suppliers

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information
  • Live in one of our delivery areas

3. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders:

  • You can order through our website or WhatsApp
  • All orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason

Payment:

  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and card payments
  • All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include delivery

Subscription Billing:

  • Weekly subscriptions are billed automatically each week
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time with at least 24 hours' notice

4. Delivery

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Kimihurura, Kacyiru, Nyarutarama, Gacuriro, Kiyovu, and Remera and Major Kigali zones (at our discretion).

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
  • Delivery times are between 8 AM and 6 PM
  • We'll notify you via WhatsApp when your delivery is on the way

Missed Deliveries:

  • If you're not available, we'll contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule
  • If we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled without refund

5. Product Quality

We guarantee:

  • All eggs are hand-selected and quality-checked before delivery
  • Eggs are sourced from trusted local suppliers
  • Any damaged or unsatisfactory eggs will be replaced or refunded (see our Return and Refund Policy)

6. Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work:

  • Weekly subscriptions deliver eggs on your chosen day each week
  • You can pause, skip, or cancel deliveries with 24 hours' notice
  • Subscription pricing may change with advance notice

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via the website
  • No cancellation fees

7. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Eggs Kigali is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.)
  • Damage to eggs after delivery is completed
  • Allergic reactions or health issues (please check egg quality before consuming)

Our total liability is limited to the price of your order.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved in Kigali.
