Our Guarantee
At Fresh Eggs Kigali, we're committed to delivering fresh, quality eggs to your door. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or Broken Eggs
If any eggs arrive cracked or broken:
- Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp on +250 793 077 998 or email at hello@fresheggskigali.com
- Send us a photo of the damaged eggs
- We'll replace them on your next delivery
Quality Issues
If you're not satisfied with the quality of your eggs:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Describe the issue (smell, appearance, freshness concern)
- We'll issue a refund or replace the eggs on your next delivery
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your weekly subscription at any time with no penalty. Just contact us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7+ business days to your original payment method (mobile money, bank transfer, or card).
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds if:
- You were not available for delivery and did not respond to our WhatsApp messages
- You ordered the wrong quantity (but we're happy to help you adjust future orders)
- You changed your mind after delivery was completed
