  • Kimihurura
  • Kacyiru
  • Nyarutarama
  • Gacuriro
  • Kiyovu
  • Remera and Major Zones as of Feb 6th, 2026

Delivery Schedule

Delivery Days:
Monday - Saturday

Delivery Times:
Between 8 AM and 6 PM

Choosing Your Delivery Day:
When you place your order or subscribe, you'll select your preferred delivery day.

Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation when your order is placed
  2. Delivery Notification: We'll send you a WhatsApp message when your delivery is on the way
  3. Delivery Completion: Eggs are delivered to your door in secure, branded packaging

Delivery Fees

Delivery is included in all orders. No hidden fees. Subject to change in the future

What If I'm Not Home?

If you're not available when we deliver:

  • We'll contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a safe delivery location
  • You can reschedule for the next available delivery day
  • If we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to:

  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Weather
  • High order volume

If your delivery is delayed, we'll notify you via WhatsApp.

Damaged Deliveries

If any eggs arrive cracked or broken:

  • Take a photo and send it to us via WhatsApp within 24 hours
  • We'll replace the eggs on your next delivery

Subscription Deliveries

Weekly Subscriptions:

  • Eggs are delivered every week on your chosen day
  • You can pause, skip, or reschedule deliveries with 24 hours' notice
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email to manage your subscription
