Fresh Eggs Kigali is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Fresh Eggs Kigali, helping our customers find the freshest eggs and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and accounts
  Identify, approach, and convert new buyers including homes, corporate offices, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, schools, businesses, and other high-volume egg buyers.
• Own the full sales process
  Manage the journey from prospecting and first contact to pitching, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Grow account volume and retention
  Build strong customer relationships, increase repeat orders, understand customer needs, and ensure accounts continue ordering consistently.
• Manage sales pipeline and reporting
  Track leads, follow up consistently, maintain accurate sales records, and provide weekly updates on prospects, deals, customer feedback, and sales progress.
• Represent Fresh Eggs Kigali in the market
  Act as the face of the brand during customer interactions, gather market insights, identify opportunities, and communicate customer needs back to the team.

• A proven salesperson
  Someone who has experience selling, closing deals, and owning personal sales targets.
• A strong closer
  Someone who is confident starting conversations, handling objections, following up, and turning prospects into customers.
• A field-driven person
  Someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and spending time in the market.
• A self-starter with discipline
  Someone who takes ownership, manages their pipeline, follows up without being chased, and stays focused on results.
• Strong communication skills
  Someone who can confidently present, negotiate, and build trust with customers in English and Kinyarwanda.
